TELEPHONE CALL REQUEST | PART A: TERMS & CONDITIONS
(Terms and Conditions of the Telephone Call Request Service)
Introduction and short summary
When you tick the box and submit the call form, you agree to these terms. They are a binding agreement between you and K® (Kenzie) of SAUDI GULF HOSTiNG. Version 1.0. Effective from 31 October 2026.
In short:
- We call the number you typed, about your request only.
- The call may be recorded, transcribed and translated, and an AI assistant may speak with you.
- You may wait on hold, and we keep you informed.
- We keep a record of your request and your agreement.
- Saudi law governs, and your legal rights stay.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
1.1 The Service is provided by K® (Kenzie) of SAUDI GULF HOSTiNG, an Enterprise of Company Kanz AlKhaleej AlArabi, of 4360 Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz Street, Al-Rehab District, Jeddah 23453, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("we", "us", "our").
1.2 These terms cover one thing: a telephone call that you ask us to place to the number you enter, and the transfer, hold, recording and record keeping that come with it (the "Service").
1.3 These terms apply together with the Terms of Use in Part B. If the two conflict about a Call, these terms prevail.
1.4 If the chat widget runs on the website of one of our customers, that customer's own terms apply to the visitor instead of these terms, and Part C applies.
2. Words we use
In these terms, the following words have these meanings:
- Call Form: The form in the chat widget where you enter your Number and choose a Department.
- Number: The telephone number, with its country code, that you enter.
- Department: The team you ask to speak to, such as Sales, Accounts or Technical Support.
- K®Crew: Our staff and authorised personnel.
- Assistant: The AI voice assistant that may speak with you on a Call.
- Call: Any call placed to the Number under the Service, including a transfer between Departments.
- Call Record: The record we keep of your request and the Call (section 9).
- Personal Data: Information that identifies you or can be used to identify you, as defined in the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
3. Your request and our acceptance
3.1 Your request invites us to call you. We do not have to place the Call. We may decline or delay it, for example when no one is available, the Number cannot be reached, or we suspect misuse.
3.2 A Call request does not create a contract for any other service. Orders, support plans and hosting contracts are governed by their own terms.
3.3 Our Departments work every day of the year. A person or team may still be busy, and we do not promise a time for the Call or a length of wait.
3.4 If you give your Number to a member of K®Crew in the chat instead of using the Call Form, you agree to these terms by doing so, and you confirm in the chat that the Number is yours and that you agree to be called on it.
3.5 When our staff send you the Call Form, you choose the Department yourself from the list in the form. We transfer your Call to the Department you chose. If you chose the wrong one, tell the person who answers and they will transfer you.
4. Your Number and your promises
4.1 When you submit the Call Form, you confirm that:
- The Number is yours, or its holder has authorised you to give it to us.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- The Number is correct and includes the country code.
- You agree to be called on the Number for the purpose of your request.
- You have read and accept Part A and Part B.
4.2 We do not charge you for the Service. Your telephone operator may charge you for receiving a Call, especially when you are roaming or outside the Kingdom. Those charges are your responsibility.
4.3 We may try the Number up to three times within 30 minutes. Please keep your telephone on and answer from the number or name shown on your screen.
4.4 We call you only about your request. We do not use the Number for advertising or marketing unless you separately and expressly agree. This follows the regulations of the Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST) for curbing spam messages and calls.
5. What happens on the Call
5.1 You may hear a language menu. You are then connected to the Assistant or to a member of K®Crew.
5.2 We may transfer you between Departments. If other people are waiting, you join the line, and we tell you your place and the expected wait. We do not promise the wait.
5.3 While you wait, you may hear music and announcements. The Assistant may apologise for the wait and check that you are still there. A member of K®Crew may also join the Call to check on you.
5.4 We may use automated translation so that you and our staff can understand each other. Translations may contain errors. Please confirm important details, such as prices, dates, names and legal terms, in writing.
5.5 We tell you when you are speaking with the Assistant. The Assistant is an AI system and can make mistakes. It does not give legal, financial or medical advice, and nothing it says binds us to an offer. You may ask at any time to speak to a person.
6. Recording, monitoring and AI processing
6.1 By accepting these terms, you agree that we may record the Call, make a written transcript, and monitor it for quality, training, security, settling disputes and meeting legal duties.
6.2 You will hear a notice at the start of the Call that it is recorded.
6.3 You may withdraw your agreement to recording at any time by telling the person or Assistant on the Call. We will then stop recording where the law allows. If we cannot continue the Call without recording, we will explain and offer another way to help you.
6.4 We keep recordings and transcripts only for as long as the purposes in section 6.1 require, in line with the data retention rules in our Privacy Policy, unless the law requires a longer period. We then delete or anonymise them.
6.5 We may use trusted telephony, AI, translation and hosting providers to run the Call. Section 10 explains how we protect your Personal Data when we do.
7. This is not an emergency service
7.1 Do not use the Service in an emergency. Call your local emergency number. In the Kingdom, call 911.
8. Your conduct
8.1 You must not use the Service to abuse, threaten, harass or defraud anyone, to make false or repeated requests, to pretend to be another person, or for any unlawful purpose.
8.2 You must not record, share or publish the Call, or anything our staff say, in a way that breaks the law or harms another person's privacy or reputation.
8.3 We may end a Call, refuse a request and block a Number if you break this section.
9. The Call Record
9.1 For each request we keep a Call Record. It shows:
- The Number and the Department you chose, and who chose it.
- The time you accepted these terms, and the version you accepted.
- Who sent the Call Form, or who typed the Number at your request, with their name and the time.
- Who transferred the Call, who answered it, and how long it lasted.
- The outcome.
9.2 We keep the Call Record to show your consent and request, to provide the Service, to deal with complaints and disputes, and to meet legal duties. We keep it for as long as those purposes require, unless the law requires longer.
10. Your Personal Data
10.1 We are responsible for your Personal Data under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, issued by Royal Decree No. M/19 of 9/2/1443H and amended (the "PDPL"), and its regulations. We follow the PDPL first. Section 11 explains what applies in addition if you are outside the Kingdom.
10.A What we collect and why
10.2 We collect your Number, your name if you give it, your chat messages, the Department you asked for, the audio and transcript of the Call, any translation, the time and version of your acceptance, and technical details such as your IP address and device type.
10.3 We use them to place and run the Call, to transfer you, to keep the Call Record, to keep the Service safe, and to meet legal duties. Our main legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box. Where the PDPL allows, we also rely on our legal duties and legitimate interests, but never for sensitive data.
10.B Your rights
10.4 Under the PDPL you may ask us to tell you how we use your Personal Data, to give you access to it and a copy of it, to correct it, to destroy it, and to withdraw your consent. Write to support@kgulfhosting.com.sa. We aim to answer within 30 days.
10.5 Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did lawfully before. We may keep what the law requires us to keep.
10.C Who sees your data
10.6 Our staff see your Personal Data only as their work requires. We use telephony, AI, translation and hosting providers to run the Service. They act on our instructions under written contracts and must protect your data.
10.7 We do not sell your Personal Data. We share it with authorities only where the law requires.
10.D Transfers outside the Kingdom
10.8 Some of our providers and systems operate outside the Kingdom. If a Call, or your data, is routed or processed outside the Kingdom, for example because you are abroad or a provider operates abroad, we do so only as the PDPL and the SDAIA Regulation on Personal Data Transfer outside the Kingdom allow. We use safeguards such as the approved standard contractual clauses, and we carry out the risk assessments the regulation requires.
10.E Security and complaints
10.9 We protect your Personal Data with technical and organisational measures that suit the risk. If a breach is likely to harm you, we tell you and the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) as the law requires.
10.10 Please contact us first with any concern. You may also complain to SDAIA.
11. If you are outside the Kingdom
11.1 Saudi law comes first. We also respect the mandatory rules of the country where you are, as this section sets out. Nothing in these terms takes away a right that mandatory law gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.
11.A European Economic Area and United Kingdom
11.2 If the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679) or the UK GDPR applies to your Personal Data, we also respect the rights those laws give you. These include the rights to object, to restrict processing, to receive your data in a portable form, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
11.3 For transfers of your Personal Data to the Kingdom, we rely on a lawful transfer mechanism, such as standard contractual clauses, and we appoint a representative where the law requires one.
11.B United States, Canada and similar laws
11.4 Some laws, such as the United States Telephone Consumer Protection Act, require your prior consent for calls that use automated technology or an artificial voice. By ticking the box and submitting the Call Form, you give that consent for the Call and for the Assistant. You may withdraw it at any time by telling us on the Call or in the chat.
11.C Recording in other countries
11.5 Some countries or states require everyone on a call to agree to its recording. By accepting these terms, and by hearing the notice at the start of the Call, you give that agreement. If you do not agree, tell us and we will not record, or will end the Call.
11.D Sanctions and local law
11.6 We may refuse or end a Call where the law of the Kingdom, or an international sanctions regime that applies to us, does not allow us to deal with you or with that Number.
12. Availability of the Service
12.1 We aim to keep the Service running at all times, but we may suspend it for maintenance, security or reasons outside our control. We may change or withdraw the Service at any time.
13. Our liability
13.1 The Service is provided as available. Calls depend on networks we do not control. We do not promise that a Call will connect, be answered, be clear, or be free of error, or that the Assistant or any translation is accurate.
13.2 Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Saudi law, including liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing or serious fault, or any liability that mandatory law applying to you does not allow us to exclude.
13.3 Subject to section 13.2, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, arising from the Service.
13.4 We are not liable for charges made by your telephone operator, for Calls you miss because your telephone is off or out of range, for a wrong Number that you gave us, or for a Call that goes to the Department you chose.
13.5 To the extent the law allows, you will compensate us for loss, claims and costs that arise from a Number you had no right to give, or from your breach of section 8.
14. Changes to these terms, and ending them
14.1 We may update these terms. The version you accepted when you submitted the Call Form governs that Call, and the Call Record shows which version it was. A new version applies to later requests.
14.2 You may withdraw your agreement at any time by telling us. This does not affect Calls already made.
15. Governing law and disputes
15.A Saudi law first
15.1 These terms, the Service, and any dispute or claim arising from them, including a claim that is not about a contract, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, applied in line with the principles of Sharia.
15.2 Other laws apply only where sections 10 and 11 say so, or where mandatory law requires.
15.B Settling a dispute
15.3 Please write to us at support@kgulfhosting.com.sa first. We will try to settle the matter within 30 days.
15.4 If we cannot, the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction.
15.5 You may always complain to a regulator, such as the CST or SDAIA, or to your local authority. Where mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim in the courts of your own country, that right remains.
16. General
16.1 These terms are written in English. English is the authoritative contractual language. Arabic translations may be provided for regulatory or consumer purposes. Where Saudi law requires, the Arabic version prevails only to the extent mandated.
16.2 These terms, with Part B, are the whole agreement about the Service. If a part is found invalid, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up.
16.3 You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a successor of our business, and we will tell you.
16.4 Neither side is liable for delay caused by events beyond its control, including network or power failure, cyber attack, or government action.
16.5 We may contact you on the Number or in the chat about your request. Contact us on +966 122 889 799, at support@kgulfhosting.com.sa, or at 4360 Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz Street, Al-Rehab District, Jeddah 23453, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
