TELEPHONE CALL REQUEST | PART C: SUPPLEMENT FOR CUSTOMER-OPERATED WIDGETS
(To the Terms and Conditions of the Telephone Call Request Service)
Introduction
Part C applies when the widget runs on the website of one of our Enterprise customers (the "Customer"). The Customer's own staff answer the chats and calls. We provide the platform. Version 1.0. Effective from 31 October 2026.
1. Who does what
The Customer and SAUDI GULF HOSTiNG share the work as follows:
- Runs the widget on its approved company domain: The Customer does. SAUDI GULF HOSTiNG does not.
- Answers chats and places calls: The Customer does, through its staff. SAUDI GULF HOSTiNG does not.
- Provides the platform, telephony and recording tools: SAUDI GULF HOSTiNG does. The Customer does not.
- Decides why and how visitors' Personal Data is used: The Customer does, as controller. SAUDI GULF HOSTiNG acts as processor.
- Platform security, billing records and our own legal duties: SAUDI GULF HOSTiNG is responsible, as controller for these only. The Customer is not.
2. Which terms the visitor accepts
2.1 Each Customer writes and publishes its own Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use for its widget, in its admin dashboard. The visitor accepts the Customer's terms, and this Part C where it applies. Parts A and B are our terms for our own widget. The Customer may use them as a starting point.
2.2 The Customer's Call Form does not go live until the Customer has added both documents and the form links to them. The Customer's terms must include at least the following. Where the Customer's text conflicts with them, they prevail:
- The visitor types their own Number and accepts the terms before a Call is placed.
- The recording and AI notice at the start of the Call, and the right to withdraw consent to recording.
- The Call Record described in section 9 of Part A.
- No promotional use of the Number without separate and express consent.
- The rule that Saudi law comes first (section 15 of Part A).
3. The Customer's duties
3.1 The Customer must:
- Use the widget only on the company domain registered to it and approved by us, and not pass the widget on to anyone else.
- Sign up and invite its team with company email addresses only, and keep its admin accounts secure.
- Train its staff, and make sure they follow the conduct rules in Parts A and B.
- Type a visitor's Number only when the visitor asks and agrees in the chat.
- Follow the PDPL, the CST spam regulations and any rules that apply to its sector.
- Answer visitors' requests about their Personal Data, and set its own retention periods.
- Take responsibility for what its staff say and do on chats and Calls.
3.2 The Customer is responsible for its own terms being lawful. We do not write them for the Customer, and we do not give legal advice on them.
3.3 The widget, its code, design and logos are protected by copyright and trade mark law and belong to us. The Customer has a limited licence to use the widget on its approved domain only. The widget must carry our logos at the top and at the bottom at all times. The Customer must not remove, hide, cover, shrink or change them, unless we have agreed in writing, signed by an authorised person, that it may. That written agreement states how long it lasts and when we may withdraw it.
4. Our role
4.1 We process visitors' Personal Data for the Customer only on its documented instructions, keep it confidential and secure, help the Customer answer visitors' requests, and tell the Customer without undue delay if we learn of a breach. At the end of the agreement we return or delete the data, as the Customer chooses and the law allows.
4.2 We may suspend a widget that breaks the domain or approval rules, that hides or removes our logos without our written agreement, or that is used abusively or unlawfully.
5. Responsibility
5.1 Claims between the Customer and us are governed by the Customer's agreement with us. The Customer deals with visitors' claims about its staff, its Calls and its use of the widget. Our liability to visitors is limited to our own fault in running the platform, as section 13 of Part A sets out.
6. Laws that apply
6.1 Saudi law comes first. Section 11 of Part A applies to visitors outside the Kingdom.
